A dedicated team is available to answer any technical assistance-related question. This effective remote support allows a very fast reaction in case of failures or malfunctions of the units. In addition, it helps to safeguard productivity and to save money, since it actually reduces the units’ downtime.

Some of our systems, interfaced for computer control and automation, are fitted with diagnostic data logging. Using a simple, secure and easy-to-set up protocol, our engineers can contact, interrogate and control the systems via internet. Through this link, our specialized technicians can provide support and assistance, should the system operator have questions about the correct procedures.

The system user retains full control and access, all the time.
